Ingredients
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Cacao powder
1 tsp Flax seeds
- Add vegan protein powder
My favorite is VEGA Sport Vanilla
Keep filled jar refrigerated until ready to use. Then just add water or your choice of non-dairy milk (almond milk / coconut milk / cashew milk) 8 oz. or to desired consistency depending on ingredients
Blend and go!
