Let’s Go Smoothie

Layer ingredients in mason jar:

Choose your leafy greens
– Swiss chard/spinach/kale/parsley

Choose your fruit combo:
Strawberries and blueberries
Bananas and strawberries
Pineapple, banana and mango

Add your superfood:
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Cacao powder
1 tsp Flax seeds

Add vegan protein powder
(My favorite is VEGA Sport Vanilla)

Keep filled jar refrigerated until ready to use. Then just add water or your choice of non-dairy milk (almond milk / coconut milk / cashew milk) 8 oz. or to desired consistency depending on ingredients

Blend and go!
