Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup100% organic quick oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Dash of sea salt

  • Optional “toppings”
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

  • ½ cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

  • ½ sliced banana

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup/honey

    Directions:
    Put oats, chia and flax seeds, cinnamon and salt in a pint glass mason jar and shake it up. Layer on toppings. Seal the jar. It’s perfect for on-the-go — just add 1 cup boiling water, let sit 5-10 minutes. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
