Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 apple, peeled and cored

  • 2 cups almond/coconut milk

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1/2 tsp apple pie/pumpkin spice

  • Dash of ground ginger

  • Ice, as needed

    Directions:
    Blend all ingredients on high for at least 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth.
    Pour into glass and garnish with chia seeds and cinnamon.
