Lite and Refreshing Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing
1 peeled seedless or seeds removed cucumber chopped
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1 drop dill essential oil
¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Drops Black Pepper essential oil
Salt to taste
Place all the above in the blender and blend until smooth and then some.
Store in refrigerator up to a week.
