Creamy Peanut Butter Dip Healthy Recipe

This is the perfect treat to share with the entire family and is so easy to make!  There is a little twist to this recipe as I added an essential oil to this recipe.

Cassia essential oil is the key ingredient to making this Creamy Peanut Butter Dip so delicious. Cassia not only enhances flavor, it also promotes healthy digestion, it supports healthy cardiovascular, metabolic, and immune function *.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping

  • Cassia essential oil (start with toothpick amount and add more as you go – depending on your taste – a little of this oil goes a long way)

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients together and serve with celery and apple slices or any other crispy veg or fruit of your choice.
  • Optional: you can also serve with vanilla wafers and graham crackers if you’re looking for a cheat moment.

I have also put together some additional info about Cassia essential oil — it is an amazing oil and one that dates back to biblical times.  What I really love about the essential oils is that you only use a drop or two, because they are so powerful and really do go a long way.  That means they literally cost pennies to use!
